Each plant is well equipped with modern machinery & test equipment that are meant for conducting tests as per is: 5142. It has an installed capacity of 35,000 units per annum and capacity 4 amps to 2000 amps.
the transformers are designed to produce less heat and low watt losses. They achieve high efficiency with close voltage regulation and are appreciated for their ability to withstand high temperatures and faster dissipation of heat generated.
our range is rated either at 240v ac or 120v ac, for 1 ph application one coil is used, for 2 ph applications two coils are used and for 3 ph applications three coils are used. The coils might be connected to each other in series to withstand high voltages. Air cooled from 4 amps to 600 amps in 1 ph, 2 ph, and 3 ph. Oil cooled from 4 amps to 2000 amps in 1 ph, 2 ph, 3 ph numbers of coils is paralleled to increase current carrying capacity.
