Auger Screw Filler :
Fully automatic Pneumatically/Mechanical operated vertical pouch form fill & seal machine to pack 'Powders Products' such as flour, starch, spices, other essential commodities & industrial chemicals etc in any heat sealable laminated poly pouches in centre seal pillow pouches. With fine adjustment screw feeding auger filling system. Machine supported on heavy duty angular steel duly powder coated structure wrapped with MS duly powder coated / Stainless steel cabinet, all contact parts hopper etc are made out of stainless steel. Application : Ideal to suit to pack free flow powder products like, Coffee powder, Instant milk powder, flour, Maida, Suji, Glucose powder, Starch, Spices, Fine sugar, Insecticides powder, Fine tea, other essential commodities & Industrial chemical powders etc.
Optional Attachments : Servo auger Filler, Nitrogen Gas Flushing System, Perforation / Strip cutting System, Batch Printing Device, Inclined Screw Feeder with base hopper, Poking Device etc.,
