1. a) Drawings: After we've assisted you with the right product for your needs, we take the time to further understand your design requirements. For customers of Aerocon Panels, drawings for partitions, mezzanine flooring and industrial cladding are put together. For customers of pre-fab structures the drawings elaborately show the elevations, interiors, accessories etc. to assist with easier execution. For clients buying Aerocon Blocks, we also offer structural design support as well as the steel and concrete consumption required.

b) Estimates & BOQ :
Aerocon Panels: Once the drawings are finalized, panel sizes are recommended and a detailed cost estimate is provided, including the cost and specifications of steel sections.

Aerocon Blocks: Apart from the above, walling costs are estimated to help customers see tangible savings with the use of Aerocon Blocks.

2. Sourcing accessories: Suppliers and manufacturers of standard accessories are identified / enlisted and recommended to you, should you need them.

3. Training Execution Agencies/ Labour / Customers: Educating stakeholders on best building practices is one of HIL's commitments towards quality. We hold frequent training programs for execution agencies and labour, including carpenters and masons to help them employ the best construction practices. Technical presentations are made to customers to help them understand construction concepts and feasibility.

4. Onsite Inspection of Quality of execution work: The technical services team visits customers' sites to inspect panel installation. The team also checks for correctly installed accessories and jointing system, and sees to it that recommended methods of construction are followed.
